Trade Unions and Precarious Work
Trade unions are the most important player in the fight against precarious work. In this context it is crucial to ensure that precarious workers are effectively able to access their rights to join unions and bargain collectively in accordance with Conventions 87 and 98 – rights that are usually denied to them.
