In accordance with the decision taken by the Governing Body at its 355th Session (November 2025), this document contains a draft resolution concerning gendered and other inappropriate terms and references in international labour standards for consideration by the Governing Body and possible transmission to the 115th Session (2027) of the International Labour Conference (see the draft decision in paragraph 6).
