Programme and Budget for 2024–25: Regular budget account and Working Capital Fund as at 31 December 2025
This paper provides information on the position of 2024–25 income and expenditure as of 31 December 2025. It requests endorsement of appropriation transfers approved by the Chairperson of the Governing Body under delegated authority (see the draft decision in paragraph 20). It also proposes a derogation from the Financial Regulations to authorize the Office to retain the net premium for 2024–25 of CHF19,032,213 to increase the level of the Working Capital Fund.
