The ILO’s Development Cooperation Strategy for 2026–29
This document presents the ILO’s Development Cooperation Strategy for the period 2026–29. It sets out a vision for more effective, innovative and agile development cooperation that advances the Organization’s core mandate and responds to the needs of the constituents in an era of uncertainty and significant change. The discussion of this document – originally scheduled for the 355th Session (November 2025) of the Governing Body – was postponed to the 356th Session (March–April 2026) to ensure alignment with document GB.356/INS/7 (see the draft decision in paragraph 63).
