Annual Evaluation Report 2023–24

This document provides the Governing Body with a progress report on the ILO Evaluation Office’s work covering the reporting year 2023–24, as measured against the indicators and targets in its results-based Evaluation Strategy (Part I). It also looks at the ILO’s overall effectiveness using project evaluations conducted in 2023 as proxies (Part II). The Governing Body is invited to endorse the recommendations in this report (see the draft decision in paragraph 80). In version "Rev.1" of 24 October, the figure 16 has been corrected.
