Feature Stories - Trade Unions Promoting Decent Work for Person with Disabilities

The brochure features three stories of Thai trade unions taking action on issues related to disability in the world of work. Building on these, it looks at ways in which the impact of the action could be strengthened. In many ways, these stories are representative of 'first steps' towards full inclusion. They should not be viewed as ‘models of good practice' but rather as examples of actions which will help to change attitudes and opinions about the working capacity of disabled persons.
