Delegation of authority under article 18 of the Standing Orders of the International Labour Conference

In this paper the Governing Body is invited to delegate to its Officers, for the period of the 108th Session (June 2019) of the Conference, the authority to carry out its responsibilities under article 18 of the Conference Standing Orders in relation to proposals involving expenditure in the 76th financial period ending 31 December 2019 (see draft decision in paragraph 3).
