Financial report and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2010

The paper concerns the financial statements and report of the External Auditor for the year ended 31 December 2010. This is the first set of annual financial statements since changes to the Financial Regulations were approved by the Conference in June 2009.
