Decent work and aid effectiveness

The paper reviews the current aid effectiveness discussion in view of the upcoming Fourth High-Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness in Busan, Republic of Korea, in November 2011. It examines the possible contribution of the Decent Work Agenda to the discussion on aid effectiveness as the development community prepares to elaborate a development vision after the Millennium Development Goals.
