Biennial report on the implementation of the ILO Disability Inclusion Policy and Strategy (2020–23)

This document constitutes the second biennial report on the Office’s implementation of the United Nations Disability Inclusion Strategy (UNDIS) and the related ILO Disability Inclusion Policy and Strategy (2020–23), as instructed by the Governing Body at its 340th Session (October–November 2020). The document refers to progress and areas for improvement in terms of disability inclusion, including those emerging from the ILO’s implementation of the UNDIS to date; the 2023 independent evaluation of the ILO Disability Inclusion Policy and Strategy (2020–23); the 2023 ILO Staff Survey on Disability Inclusion; and the development of the ILO Disability Inclusion Strategy (2024–27).
