Confederation of IGAD Employers -Strategic Plan (2023 – 2027)

Confederation of IGAD Employers' 2023 – 2027 Strategic Plan provides a road map that will enable the Confederation to establish a perfect fit in the dynamic operational environment. Due to the changes that have taken place in the Confederation's operating environment since its inception in 2019, it is necessary to contextualize the milestones, examine challenges experienced, performance gaps, emerging issues, and lessons learned from the Confederation. These have been used to inform the development of the 2023 – 2027 Strategic Plan to guide the Confederation over the next five years.
