Compendium of rules applicable to the Governing Body of the International Labour Office: Introductory note, Standing Orders and Annexes

Updated in April 2026. The following texts were amended by the Governing Body in November 2025 (GB.355/INS/6): the last bullet of paragraph 37 in the introductory note and paragraph 4.3.1 of the Standing Orders. In April 2026, annexes VIII and IX were inserted, following the decisions adopted by the Governing Body at its 356th Session (GB.356/INS/9/1 and GB.356/INS/9/2).
