The CEDO handbook
The handbook is based on the PLEDGE Operations Manual, which was developed through Participatory Action Research (PAR) wherein the Community Enterprise and Development Officers (CEDOs) were active participants.
The content of the handbook is synchronized with the stages and steps in field project planning, implementation, monitoring and internal evaluation as followed during the PAR process.
CEDOs should be skilled in community organizing and mobilization. Hence, included in this handbook are pointers learned during the capacity building workshops.
