Building on the success in 2022, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the ILO have developed the second generation of factory advisory service for Viet Nam's electronics sector, themed "Better Workplace Cooperation, Better Factories". The Programme provides support to electronics industry by (1) reinforcing the understanding and application of Viet Nam’s labour law and ILS in the industry, and (2) building capacity for managerial staff and workers’ representatives to ensure compliance and improve workplace relationship.
