This knowledge brief focuses on section C of the GPs, with specific emphasis on Principles 22 and 23 concerning equality of opportunity and treatment. Using Türkiye as a case study, it illustrates how Information Centres (locally known as Bilgilendirme Merkezi, BILMER) can improve access to labour market information and support services for refugees and other FDPs, while reducing barriers to formalization and fair and inclusive participation in the labour market.
