BISHKEK, 2025 — Following Kyrgyzstan’s ratification of the International Labour Organization (ILO) Violence and Harassment Convention, 2019 (No. 190) in 2024, employers across the country have reaffirmed their unwavering commitment to maintaining safe, healthy, and respectful working environments free from violence and harassment. In line with national policies and international labour standards, the constituents are committed to implement proactive measures aimed at eliminating discrimination and promoting equality. These efforts are designed to ensure that workplaces remain inclusive, supportive, and free from misconduct for all employees. This renewed dedication reflects a collective national effort to build a work culture where safety, dignity, and equal opportunity are upheld as fundamental rights for everyone.
