ISEC Project Documentary | Resilience, Skills & Climate-Smart Futures
The Improving Skills and Economic Opportunities for Women and Youth in Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh (ISEC) project has transformed lives over the past two years. Through skills training, enterprise development, and climate-smart practices, ILO’s initiative empowered thousands of women and youth to rebuild their futures with dignity and hope. A newly released documentary captures these achievements, highlighting how 3,000 youth received market-driven training, 5,000 apprenticeships were completed, and 1,500 entrepreneurs, including seaweed and salt farmers, embraced sustainable practices. Featuring real voices and vibrant visuals, the film tells a powerful story of resilience and opportunity.
