Our Emerging Insights of 2020 covered a variety of topics, including risk management solutions for micro and small enterprises, developing a local insurance culture, pioneering women as advocates for insurance in local communities and providing access to financial services during the COVID-19 pandemic.   1. Creating a socially responsible insurance culture in Colombia. The Federation of Colombian Insurers (Fasecolda) is the trade association of the Colombian insurance sector.
