Workers' organizations and development cooperation - A Workers’ guide to effective participation in ILO development cooperation

This guide is intended as a resource to help workers' organizations become centrally involved in the co-creation of ILO development cooperation interventions, to ensure that workers benefit from the programmes and projects. It provides accessible information, materials and training resources that complement other related ILO documents. The guide also serves as a useful resource for project designers to better understand how to effectively involve workers' organizations in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development cooperation programmes and projects.
