Work on delivery platforms in Argentina: Analysis and policy recommendations

This research focuses on the legal analysis of labor relations in delivery services through digital platforms in Argentina. It studies the business model, providing conceptual and specific data on the real legal classification of companies, their organizational type, as well as the legal status of the service provider and the characteristics of the contracting of said service. From a legal approach, it analyzes the collective heteronomous and autonomous regulations that can be applied to the type of employment relationship under study. Further, it addresses the collective labor relations in force in Argentina and provides insights to promote a debate that has just begun.
