Women’s entrepreneurship development in Tanzania: insights and recommendations

Women entrepreneurs continue to be important to the Tanzanian economy. This assessment reveals that many initiatives, policies, programmes and organizations have been introduced in order to support women entrepreneurs and women-owned enterprises. However there are still areas that need to be given attention in order to improve the business environment for Women owned enterprises.
