Digitalization of employers and business membership organizations

Where are employers’ organizations on their journey toward digitalization? A look at Paraguay

This technical note is part of the collection of notable experiences in the digitisation of business enterprises and employers' organizations (EBMOs) in Latin America, identified in the research process carried out by the ILO Bureau for Employers' Activities (ACT/EMP) for the preparation of the 2022 Regional Report "Where are business organizations on the journey towards digitisation, A look at Latin America". These remarkable experiences should inspire other EBMOs in their transition to digitalisation. The National Chamber of Commerce and Services of Paraguay (CNCSP) has implemented an innovative and digital solution for conflict and dispute resolution through its Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAMP). The CAMP is an entity under the authority of the CNCSP.
