Digitalization of an employers and business membership organization

Where are employers’ organizations on their journey toward digitalization? A look at Honduras

This technical note is part of the collection of notable experiences in the digitisation of business enterprises and employers' organizations (EBMOs) in Latin America, identified in the research process carried out by the ILO Bureau for Employers' Activities (ACT/EMP) for the preparation of the 2022 Regional Report "Where are business organizations on the journey towards digitisation, A look at Latin America". The Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEDECAMARA) of Honduras is currently developing a Digital Hub for MSMEs. This center will provide digital solutions to facilitate or improve the daily activities of these businesses, thereby enabling their transformation and modernization. The pilot launch of the Hub is expected for the second quarter of 2023 with 200 companies.
