The Way Forward after the Revolution: Decent Work for Women in Egypt and Tunisia-Phase II - Independent Midterm Evaluation

The ILO’s Evaluation Office is seeking expressions of interest from qualified consultants to conduct an independent mid-term evaluation of the project "The Way Forward after the Revolution: Decent Work for Women in Egypt and Tunisia-Phase II", to be conducted remotely. The project is funded by the Finish Government. For further details about the evaluation, please see attached the Terms of Reference (ToR), Expression of Interest (EoI) and Theory of Change (ToC). Expected duration: The total duration of the evaluation process is estimated to be 22 working days for the evaluator and it will cover the period from end-April to submission of first draft report by early-June 14. The deadline to submit expression of interest for undertaking the evaluation is by on 1 May 2020.
