Using data to remediate child labour in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
This brochure outlines the overall strategy of the Child Labour Monitoring and Remediation System developed on behalf of the Government of DRC by the ILO. It also gives key insights into some of the data received to date in terms of the age and sex distribution of the children identified and the three key components of the remediation component: access to education for younger children, access to vocational training for older children and access to entrepreneurship training for parents.
