The booklet aims to equip factory workers with practical knowledge on health insurance and health-related social insurance branches. The material contains five chapters: Health insurance (Chapter 1), sickness benefits (Chapter 2), maternity benefits (Chapter 3), employment injury & occupational diseases (Chapter 4), and cross-cutting information (Chapter 5). It describes insured groups, eligibility, specific benefits and claim procedures. This user-friendly publication was developed by a group of experts from Viet Nam Social Security, International Labour Organization, and Viet Nam General Confederation of Labour.
