The Manual explains the steps to follow in preparing a business plan for starting a business. The Business Plan booklet is filled in by the entrepreneur as he or she works through the Manual. The business management methods used in the SYB Manual are the same as those in the seven Improve Your Business (IYB) Basics Manuals.
