Training and Employment of People with Disabilities: Viet Nam 2002 is part of the AbilityAsia Country Study Series. The series was designed as a contribution to the end of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) Asia and Pacific Decade of Disabled Persons, 1993-2002, and to mark the 20th anniversary of the International Labour Organization (ILO)’s Convention No. 159 Concerning Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (Disabled Persons).
