Trainer's guide labour-based technology for rural road maintenance

These training guidelines for training of small scale contractors and Community Maintenance Groups in Labour-Based road maintenance have been developed to assist trainers in planning, organizing and implementing training programmes for road maintenance.

The training guidelines consist of practical advice, reference material for the training but do not contain extensive pedagogical theories and are also not meant as a substitute to necessary teaching skills
These should be used as an aid to develop the trainer's plans and used as reference material.
