International Labour Office has been called to support the national team responsible for the implementation of the Portuguese Youth Guarantee in developing a monitoring and evaluation framework that measures the results achieved, allows for adjusting of the design and delivery of interventions and provides information and lessons learnt for future policy design and implementation.
