Tool 2: Staffing and recruitment

This manual – consisting of seven stand-alone tools – aims to assist employer and business membership organizations (EBMOs) to transition towards more structured, formal and strategic governance measures. The manual contains useful information on the business of human resource management and related best practices for EBMOs, based on real-world examples.
