Timor Leste: Enterprise and Skills Survey (ESS) 2013
The report on the 2013 Enterprise and Skills Survey was carried out for the first time by the Secretariat of State for Professional Training and Employment Policy (SEPFOPE) through the Labour Market Information Department (DIMT). This report is an important document which assesses information collected from over 800 businesses in Timor-Leste. The report examines market needs in relation to the development of skilled workforce and provision of training and employment services.
The results from the survey will assist us to assess current and future needs for employment and vocational training which is responsive to national labour market demand. It will help us to facilitate the entry of youth in the labour force so that they are properly equipped and trained.
