Standing Orders concerning the procedure for the examination of representations under articles 24 and 25 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organization (In Burmese language)

The publication is intended to be a supporting document for Burmese speakers who wish to refer to the standing orders concerning the procedure for the examination of representations.

The Standing Orders comprise six titles, the first five of which correspond to the main stages of the procedure,namely: (i) receipt by the Director-General; (ii) examination of receivability of the representation; (iii) decision on referral to a committee; (iv) examination of the representation by the committee; and (v) examination by the Governing Body. The sixth title of the Standing Orders concerns the application of the procedure in the specific instance of a representation against a non-member State of the Organization.
