SOLAR: Report of the baseline study
The “Reducing Vulnerability in Lao PDR: Advancing Social Protection and Labour Rights and Entitlements in the Coffee and Tea Sectors (SOLAR)” project is funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by the ILO and Oxfam from 2021 to 2024. The baseline study for the SOLAR project provides detailed quantitative and qualitative information, to set a baseline for measuring the achievement of the project outcomes in the target districts on the Bolaven Plateau.
