Skills development in Uganda’s coffee value chain - An overview of research findings

Within the framework of the “CLEAR Supply Chains” project, co-financed by the European Union, the ILO assessed current and emerging skills mismatches in Uganda’s coffee value chain. This factsheet summarizes the findings and provides recommendations to ILO constituents and other stakeholders to strengthen skills development for youth and adults, support value addition and diversification, and promote decent employment in Uganda’s coffee value chain.
