The ILO Evaluation Office is looking for a team of evaluators (one team leader and one national consultant) or a sole evaluator for the final evaluation of the project Skills Development for the Renewable Energy Sector (SkiDRES) – pilot project for a Public-Private Development Partnership to conduct the evaluation of the aforementioned projects between June-July 2020. For further details about the evaluation, please see the attached Expression of Interest (EoI) and Terms of Reference (ToR). The deadline to submit expression of interest for undertaking the evaluation is 2 June 2020.
