Short-Term Migrant Workers: The Case of Ukraine

The aim of the present report is to discuss the issue of short-term labour migration out of Ukraine with a focus migration behaviour related to differences in the length of stay abroad, a factor of particular importance for its implications regarding labour turnover, human capital accumulation and productivity, and, thus, wages and benefits.
