SCORE Programme results in Albania in 2025

The ILO SCORE Training Programme helps Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) improve working conditions and processes, particularly by mainstreaming gender, promoting decent work, achieving cleaner and more sustainable production patterns, and enabling SMEs to participate in global supply chains.

In 2025, 9 textile, clothing, leather and footwear (TCLF) companies completed the entire programme in Albania. The Factsheet presents the results of SCORE in operational efficiency, product quality, people (accidents, absenteeism, employee turnover) and more.
