Rural employment and rural development in the Caribbean

The primary objective of this Study is to describe the qualitative characterization of rural employment, provide an understanding of the quantitative phenomena of rural employment in the Caribbean where data exists describing trends in the 2005-2014 decade and provide information on policy recommendations which have been made in past studies or reports on rural employment, that are aimed at reducing decent work deficits in these rural areas.
