A Review of Child Labour Laws of the Bahamas - A Guide to Legislative Reform
This study, commissioned by the International Labour Organization, Subregional Office for the Caribbean, reviews the laws on child labour in the Bahamas, within the context of ILO Conventions Nos. 138 and 182 and ILO Recommendations Nos. 146 and 190.
This study seeks to review the laws on child labour in the Bahamas within the context of the ILO Conventions. Its main concern is to identify apparent gaps and inconsistencies in the laws and to provide a guide for legislative reform.
