Report on the results of the study of the implementation of Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Decree No. 68/2004 concerning the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in the Workplace (in Bahasa Indonesia)

The results of the evaluation and survey conducted by the ILO in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia resulted in several recommendations which become one of the reference materials in order to improve the implementation of HIV/AIDS prevention and control policies in the workplace.

Issuance of this Decree is an important breakthrough in the effort to overcome AIDS in Indonesia. Through this Minister of Manpower and Transmigration, a preventive activity in the workplace is implemented to reach the working age based on the Ministry of Health statistic which is the most age segment infected with HIV and AIDS.
