Recruitment practices and seasonal employment in agriculture in Uzbekistan 2014-15 - Executive summary of ILO survey

This is the Executive Summary of the ILO report on the results of primary research carried out by the ILO regarding the recruitment and seasonal work of adults aged 18-50 years old in Uzbek cotton cultivation in 2014 and 2015. The report aims to provide a deeper understanding of practices regarding the recruitment of seasonal labour in Uzbek cotton cultivation, including a framework for measuring the risk of forced labour in this specific context.
