This report complements the household survey analysis by looking at the key findings from the data collected on small and medium enterprises in Egypt.
The phone survey targets firms that had 6 to 199 workers before the pandemic (February 2020). A sample of 500 firms was randomly drawn and stratified using the Yellow Pages. Wave 2 was conducted between May and July 2021.
