Rapid impact assessment of disaster on sources of livelihood and employment opportunities (Post-typhoon Sendong conditions in Iligan City)
Storm Washi (Sendong) triggered massive flash floods that killed 1,470 people, injured 2,020 with some 1,074 still unaccounted for. Most of those who survived, especially the poor and vulnerable who used to live in what are now declared "no-build zones", lost their sources of income and livelihood.
