A Qualitative assessment of local economic development training in four villages in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi, Indonesia
This report presents the results of a socio-economic qualitative assessment of Local Economic Development (LED) training undertaken by villagers from Budo, Marinsow, Pulisan, and Tiwoho, of Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi as part of the Skills for Prosperity programme September 2020 – December 2022.
The report has been commissioned by the ILO on behalf of Skills for Prosperity and has been framed to explore the programme’s efficacy, to identify how beneficiaries of the training may advance their business opportunities once ILO support finishes, and to provide insights for others who might wish to deliver similar local economic skills development courses.
