Promoting inclusive business environment through business coaching for transgender persons in Indonesia

The business coaching method is designed to support the transgender persons who already own and manage their own, yet struggle to improve their business and to connect with the existing SMEs community.

As part of ILO Decent Work Country Programme’s priority to promote sustainable enterprises and to deal with the pandemic, the ILO continues to support transgender persons through a series of entrepreneurship interventions to promote an inclusive business environment in the form of a business coaching for transgender persons in three cities (Jakarta, Bandung and Yoyakarta) in Indonesia.
