Programme to support the transition to the labour market of women on childcare leave

This document examines women’s transition from childcare leave back into Moldova’s labour market. It reviews maternity, paternity and parental leave policies alongside childcare, social protection, gender equality and employment frameworks, and identifies policy options to support the effective reintegration of mothers with young children into employment.
