This trainer guide that accompanies the Prevocational Core Skills Programme for the garment and textile sector in Ethiopia was developed and designed in response to national research in Ethiopia that revealed that many Ethiopian workers in the sector are concentrated in entry level positions, with most workers coming from rural agricultural backgrounds.
