Offshoring and the Internationalization of Employment : A challenge for a fair globalization?

The World Commission on the Social Dimension of Globalization called for
decent work to become a global goal, and for employment objectives to be
embedded much more firmly in international economic policies. Because of the
growing interdependence of national economies, employment policies and goals
increasingly need to be seen in an international context.
