The nexus of economic growth, employment and poverty reduction : an empirical analysis

Presents an analytical framework for examining the relationship between economic growth, employment and poverty reduction and provides a cross-country empirical analysis of the linkage between incidence of poverty and the employment intensity of growth. Examines experiences of growth and poverty reduction in selected countries.
